Tiffany J Rardin

Originally from NE Ohio, Tiffany brings with her the Northern integrity, professionalism, and work ethic that is so hard to find. She relocated to Bonita Springs/Estero area in 2001 to attend Florida Gulf Coast University. A graduate of FGCU, with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, she pursued a career in residential appraising. In 2005 Tiffany and her husband, Rob, started Infinity Appraisals Inc., to which they still own and successfully operate today. It was her close dealings as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser that peeked her interest in real estate sales. Having worked in both Lee and Collier counties as an appraiser has given her a very broad knowledge of the markets in SW Florida. Tiffany understands the real estate process inside and out and believes that each of her clients deserves to be informed during the entire process. She knows what an emotional time buying or selling a home can be and makes it her highest priority to help her clients get through it with ease. Tiffany currently resides in Estero with her husband, Rob, and two sons, Owen and Weston. She enjoys playing golf as a family, the beautiful Gulf of Mexico beaches, books, and helping out with the boy’s baseball teams. Tiffany welcomes all the challenges of being a wife, mother, and Realtor. She has a true passion for helping others.
