At no point did I feel like she was just there to collect a check

I met Tiffany after finding her through a distant contact of mine. I didn’t have much knowledge of her but we needed a rental quickly. She was responsive and made time for us immediately. We found a rental within a week and she helped us through the process as it was slightly different then what we were used to. When it came to buying our house she went above and beyond even our high expectations. We looked for almost a year for a house and went to between 40-50 properties – and discussed more than that. Every time either of us found a house we would both look at it and talk about the pros and cons together, she was just as interested in finding our forever home as we were. At no point did I feel like she was just there to collect a check, she wanted us to find our dream home and be happy with our purchase just as though she was the buyer which made an overwhelming decision easier to deal with.

Tiffany always listened to every concern and idea we had and as the search took on a life of its own she helped us steer so we kept sight of all the criteria we had. We moved from one town to the other and one neighborhood to another and quickly found, researched and saw all the properties we were interested in – no door went unopened. She learned our wants and needs better than we did and kept us on track. We put offers in on properties that didn’t work out and when it didn’t we talked about why it didn’t work and how to move forward. Tiffany was always exceptionally supportive of everything. When we finally found ‘the one’ we had an in-depth discussion about what to do about price and her expertise in appraisals came in great use because she advised us using the entire picture, not just what would benefit her interests.

In the end, we could not be happier with our experience with Tiffany and we can’t recommend her more highly. She is knowledgeable, an excellent communicator and a skilled agent who will do whatever is necessary to make sure her clients find the right home for their needs.
